Description:

Panamanian FORTUNE CLIPPER is here photographed at Dubai in September 1977.
She was built 1954 by Mitsui, Tamano, as HAKONESAN MARU for Mitsui Senpaku K.K, which in 1964 merged to become Mitsui O.S.K. Lines.
In 1976 she became Panama-registered FORTUNE CLIPPER.
In 1979 the vessel was renamed OCEAN CLIPPER, and shortly thereafter sold to breakers on Taiwan. Arrived at Kaohsiung 09.02.1980.

The bunkering tanker,the lower word looks like LONDON,is that part of her name ?

No, London is her registration port. The British Dilmun Navigation Co. of London had a couple of bunker tankers in the Dubai-area. I think this is the AZZAHRA. I have posted 2 photos of her earlier; you can search for her IMO 5032591 (or for AZZAHRA).
