She was sold last year as Heidi Horten had passed away. She has just had a 300-day refit at Lurssen in Hamburg.

So who ever gets the yacht literally has an 'as new' vessel, not only a 300 day refit but the yacht seemed never to go anywhere, so is barely used.

It was barely used but it also had hardly been updated in the past 20 years, plus they had to convert her from Private to Commercial (so you can charter her out) which involves a lot of changes to be made to comply with regulations which have also been heavily updated over the past 20 years. Massive massive project.
