Description:

Canadian destroyer ALGONQUIN is here photographed just south of Måløy, Norway in August 1982.
She was built 1973 by Davie Shipbldg. Co, Lauzon, as a destroyer of the Iroquois-class.

In 5/2016 demolition of this vessel commenced in Liverpool, Nova Scotia.
