The Greek ATLANTIS is here photographed while anchored in the Mississippi River in December 1984.
This bulker was built 1976 by Burmeister & Wain, Copenhagen, originally for a Greek company, who refused to take delivery of the vessel. Instead delivered to builder's own account, and placed under British flag, in a company set up by the yard and managed by W.A. Souter of Newcastle.

1985: NAVIOS VOYAGER (Philippines)
1990: GUMBET (Turkey)
20/5-1999: Arrived at Chittagong, Bangladesh for demolition.
