Panamanian research/drilling vessel MARINER is here photographed at Bergen in April 1975.
This vessel was built 1962 at Gorinchem, Netherlands, for the Danish J. Lauritzen company. In addition to work as a general cargo vessel, she was also strengthened and equipped to work in polar areas for Arctic / Antarctic expeditions.
