Description:

Tugboat DELICAY XIV (IMO: 9981946) was built in 2024 and is currently sailing under the flag of Turkey. Length 25 meters Beam width 12 meters. Built by the Turkish Sanmar shipyards. Docked in the port of Vigo due to bad seas, it will be sheltered in the port of Vigo for a few days and is headed on its journey for delivery but to H. Schramm Towage GmbH & Co. KG, Brunsbüttel, Germany and will be renamed "BO".
The RAmparts 2400 SX tugboat, a twin-Z diesel powered vessel, is designed by experts at Robert Allan Ltd. to achieve optimal efficiency in maritime vessel handling tasks. As our best-selling tug, Sanmar's exclusive design, 2400 SX, shares similarities with the ASD 24/45 and ASD 24/50 designs, but features a 2 meter wider beam, allowing for greater performance and stability with more powerful Caterpillar engines and bigger Rolls. -Royce Z-drives. The new versions offer different bollard traction capacities of 60, 70 or 80 tons, depending on the propulsion system chosen. The design emphasizes short-handed operation with advanced machinery automation, and the accommodation can be tailored to suit different crew sizes, with optional layouts for basic day boats or full accommodation for up to six people.
