This boat is definitely turning off its AIS regularly. I think she might be in the Maldives actually. Her new home base since the sanctions is Vladivostok though

I guess she is somewhere hiding in russian waters or other russian friendly nations to avoid any sanctions. Many russian owned motor yachts swiched off there AIS these days.

It is my impression that it is but this yacht seems to be popping up all over the place without its AIS on.

Das was einmal. Wonder where she is right now. She left the Arabian Gulf again in Dec 2023 and then turned off her AIS...
