French Navy hydrographic ship CORAIL (A794), aground near Noumea on January 16th 1994.
She was decommissioned since some years and was waiting at a buoy when on January 15th 1994 she brake her moorings and went aground on the shore. Refloated some days later without damages.
After some sales and attemps to be converted for tourists tours, on November 16th 2001, she was scuttled in New-Caledonia lagoon as a dive site.
