Nice shots of the Ryerson Michel! Must have been a real treat to see her go through the Welland unlike some fair weather shipspotters we know!!!!!!!!!!!

I hear she is headed back upriver and I hope you will see her on the return trip.

Thanks for posting these phtoos.

Nice shot Michel. She is headed to Quebec City. I'll miss her going through St-Lambert and my usual spot in Montreal. Too early and family obligations first.... :-(

Thanks, lanaud. thanks for letting where she's going, maybe you get her on the way up. i heard that this is a test run, if it's profitable they might do this run 3 or 4 times a year.

My pleasure. I read on Boatnerd that she might be loading at Contrecoeur (about halfway between Montreal and Trois-Rivières) where MITTAL has a plant. could not catch her this morning as I was glued to my pillow.....
Hope they do this more often. An American ship loading here, wow!
The crew must be enjoying the different new sites or wishing they were closer to home.

Lanaud missed the Ryerson because he was glued to his pillow???????????????????????????????????????
That not only is a poor excuse but shameful. He should be banned from this site for that. The Ryerson is worth an awful lot of lost sleep!!!!!!!!
You Canadians are just too laid back - don't you get excited about anything?

Excited? Man, you should see me jump when there's no maple syrup left to put in my desert... :-P
