British Columbia ferry Queen of Coquitlam, built in 1976 is in Vancouver Dry Dock in North Vancouver, undergoing a major overhaul. She will resume service between West Vancouver and Vancouver Island when work is completed. She is 139m in length, 6551 GT, can carry 362 cars and 1500 passengers and crew. [16-Sept-2007]
