British Columbia ferry Queen of Cowichan, sister ship of the Queen of Coquitlam, passes Bowen Island as it nears the West Vancouver terminal at Horseshoe Bay, on her regular run from Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island. Like her sister, she is 139m in length, carries 362 cars, 1500 passengers and was built in 1976. [8-Oct-2007]

It looks to me that you took that photo from whitecliff park in west vancouver i use to go there alot with my dad to see the bc ferries from there when i was very young. i am looking foward to see the new bc ferries that is coming from germany next year and the first one goes into service in march o8.
