I wonder why the ship was renamed to "Brave" -- that is really out of context for the Iran Shipping Line.

I was a bit surpised to see the former ships of the former Iran Shipping Line being renamed.

Unless it has been sold or chartered -- but the lettering is still on the side of the hull - can't see the funnel clearly. In Ocean Ships every ship of theirs listed starts with "Iran".

I also note that Ocean Ships states that they have 40 newbuilds scheduled for delivery between 2006 and 2008. They obviously have ambitious plans.

They must be slowely letting some of the ships go.
I have noticed a few with a new name. And they have been painted black recently.
