Wow! What camera have have you got, Derek, that takes photos yesterday of later today? Or is Felixstowe a bit further east of Gravesend than I thought?

Cheers (still wide-eyed and bushy-tailed at 00.52 hrs GMT 2/3/08)
Bob Scott

Derek,
You used to be a quite handsome, sensible and serious-minded sort of fellow when you were older.
Or was that after the loco ran over you?
Bob
PS: Doing Glastonbury this year?

It was a facade, I have always been up for a laugh of course.
Funnily enough I was run over by a train in my youth how did you know?

Won't be able to get the time off for Glastonbury, and I always perferred oranised rock concerts than camping in amuddy field.

Derek

Hope it was at least a 47 that ran over you and not a lowly 08 shunter.

I knew about it because I'm psychotic (I think that's the word).

Not normally a lot of laughs to be had on ss.com. This has made a nice change.

One last thing: get your hair cut. Have a heart for the hungry hairdressers of Harwich.

One more last thing: will this crane fracas at Felixstowe mean we might get a few diversions to Tilbury?
Cheers,
Bob

Hi Bob,

A sense of humour should perhaps be made a guidline requirement on here.
Tomas (Ghazten) should perhaps outline the protocol.

I was flattened by a wagon in my youth, one of my nine lives went then.

My hairdresser has mad a good living out of me for 32 years.

Landguard is the oldest part of the port, and I would think most of the business will be handled ok at Trinity. But you never know.

regards
Derek
