S.V. SILVA motorsailing in Halifax Harbour on June 25th 2008.
Built by Karlsad Varv,Karlstad,Sweeden in 1939. The ship was the last of three masted schooner rigged cargo ships in Sweeden. Sold in 1994 to Canadian Sailing Expeditions of Halifax and re-rigged as originally built. Operated as a passenger cruise ship at Halifax.
