VALYA KOTIK is seen preparing to enter Gladstone lock, Liverpool, stern first on the ebb tide of 1st July 1993, assisted by tugs of the Alexandra Towing Company.
Built at Rostock in 1968 for the USSR Murmansk based fleet, she by then bore Murmansk Shipping Company colours.
Sold in 1998, and renamed MONAJAT, she arrived off Alang on 12.11.99 to be broken up
