Description:

She was the first of four Cardiff Class bulkers built by Upper Clyde Shipbuilders/ Govan Shipbuilders at Govan in 1973 for Irish Shipping,taken in Glasgow in 1982 on a return visit to discharge grain opposite her birthplace.
As CHRISTINAKI,she sank off the Irish coast with the loss of all of her crew in February 1994 during a fierce storm when outbound from the UK.
