Don't be a stranger -- we speak English over here-- more or less! :-D
Plus Yorktown, Va. is only a few miles from the James River Bridge and you can see where the British Army was defeated which brought about a successful (from our point of view) end the American Revolution and also you are not far from the location of the Battle of the Capes where the French defeated the British Navy. So all sorts of things to see and do besides excellent ship watching! You could probably even rent a motorbike but you better be careful which lane you drive in :-D
