It is reported in the media here [New Zealand] today that this ship is now under arrest in Auckland, at the request of the mortgage holders, as Eastwind Maritime has been put into receivership in Japan.
The story also claims that her Burmese crew has not been paid 'for some time', and their unpaid wages will be one of the priority claims to be met.
Looks as though she might remain in Auckland for some time.

Are any other Eastwind ships under arrest elsewhere?
