More developments. On 17-18 May she was towed from Lowestoft to the Medway by tug EMS DEFENDER, and moored opposite Strood, off the former old Acorn Shipyard.
Apparently to be converted to a live-aboard. I'll add more updates to my latest photo.

Stumbled across the reason for her re-appearance and part-conversion. It seems that she was bought at or after ABP's auction in 2014 by John Taylor's EMS Marine Services, Lowestoft, and some time before 2018 renamed EMS WATER CARRIER under British flag (c/s 2JBJ3, MMSI 235114501 - not that they are in active use yet).

I'll amend the commentaries on the more recent photos.

Her IMO Nr is 8944446.
A lot "fuzz" in the press a couple of years back about the ship, she had no license to trade and finaly it was this smuggling business.

Summary: 30 deficiencies 7 grounds for detention
The vessel was detained in Lowestoft because the main fire pump was inoperative and there was no alternative fire pump outside the machinery space. There were insufficient liferafts, the sanitary water system was inoperative and there was no fresh running water to the galley, pantry and shower room. There were no nautical publications and charts were incomplete for the operational area. Other deficiencies found were insufficient provisions for the intended voyage and medicines were out of date. In addition the following items were found to be missing, distress flares, line throwing appliances, lifebuoys, life jackets with lights, immersion suits, satellite EPIRB (Emergency Positioning Indicating Radio Beacon), fire extinguishers, and the fire hose nozzle. The vessel was still detained at 30/04/2010.
