Ferry Sorrento en route from Palma to Valencia caught fire on Apr 28 some 18 nm southwest of Dragonera island, western tip of Mallorca, Balearic Archipelago, Mediterranean. Ferry left Palma at 1150 LT with 150 passengers on board. Fire quickly turned into major one, with a lot of smoke. So far no casualties reported, only minor injures related to smoke inhaling.
