Description:

Lambert Brothers' 1958 Dundee built TEMPLE MAIN is seen sailing from Avonmouth on 30th May 1969

Sold in October 1969 at Manchester to Syros Shipping (L.M.Valmas) of Greece, she had traded as IRINI, for a time in the early 1970s on charter to Elder Dempster Lines, later calling into the Manchester Ship Canal with cargoes of soda ash for discharge at Partington

Laid up at Stylis on 24th June 1982, she finally sailed for breakers at Gadani Beach as the SPIRIT and was beached on 7th June 1984
