Walter Runciman's 1953 Hebburn (Hawthorn,Leslie) built GLENMOOR is seen passing Portishead exactly fifty years ago today, on 23rd April 1968, inbound for Avonmouth from Karachi. She had recently been transferred to Anchor Line service on their purchase of Runciman.
Later: 1976: sold to Crossworld Fortune Sg Co Ltd of Hong Kong and renamed SAUDI FORTUNE
1981: sold to Lagoon Sg Lines Ltd, Bangladesh
Beached at Chittagong on 28.1.82 for breaking
