Description:
The 1950 Bartram built, Stavros Daifas owned, SILVER SEA, ex- MARTINE-70, ex-HULDA MAERSK-68, was photographed in a damaged condition at Cuxhaven on 3rd July 1971.
Having sailed from Rotterdam on 15th May 1971, that night she suffered a collision with Messageries Maritimes' MOONIE and was later towed into Cuxhaven, finally arriving at Hamburg on 22nd March 1972 to be broken up.
