the near perfect reflections in the still waters of Birkenhead Docks almost give this picture a 2 for 1 qualification !!!!

Many thanks for posting this good photograph of one of my "old friends", which I had the luck of seeing arriving at, and sailing, from Rotterdam in May 1972.

Her 1974 voyage to the Mersey with a grain cargo started at Rio on April 28th, calling at Diamante May 4/9 and then Buenos Aires May 14/16. She arrived at Birkenhead on June 11th with a bunkering call at St.Vincent (Cape Verde Islands) on June 1st.
